We're redefining the ritual of the apéritif hour and helping people drink differently.

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to support the De Soi team across events, social media, influencer partnerships, and TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to jump into the world of brand marketing.

Note: This is a part time position working approximately 15 hours a week and pays $21/hour.

Responsibilities

• Events Management & Coordination
   
  • Manage the events inbox and track opportunities
  • Vet event ideas, brand collaborations, and partnership requests
  • Oversee shipments and tracking for event needs
  • Create and send brand collateral
     
• Community Management
   
  • Engage daily with our audience on TikTok and Instagram
  • Comment, respond, and interact in line with our brand voice
     
• Influencer Gifting
   
  • Support influencer outreach with the brand marketing team
  • Coordinate product sends and track delivery
     
• TikTok Shop Management
   
  • Assist brand and digital teams with affiliate outreach
  • Support shop setup, tracking, and management
     

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a “no task too small” mindset
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and influencer culture
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Must be available to work 15 hours a week; hourly rate is $21/hr
• Ability to come in to our office in Playa Vista
